Creating a new capability

In this scenario, we created a new capability by just adding the capability name as review-products. The plugin will automatically register it as a new capability. Then, the plugin will update the wp_user_roles key in the database by adding the new capability to the current user.

We can't create WordPress capabilities without assigning them to a user role or a user. In this case, the plugin will assign new capabilities to the current user.
