How to do it...

Follow these steps to add a frontend login form with a custom design using the ProfilePress plugin:

1. Log in to Dashboard as an administrator.
2. Click on the ProfilePress menu item from the left-hand menu to get the following screen:

3. Select the page to be used for login with login shortcode. By default, the built-in page is selected.
4. Click the Save All Changes button.
5. Go to Redirections section on the same page to get a screen similar to the following:
