So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
Follow these steps to migrate a Drupal site to a new WordPress installation:
- Log in to Dashboard as an administrator.
- Click on Import in the Tools menu item on the left-hand side to get a screen similar to the following:
- Click on Run Importer under Drupal to get a screen similar to the following:
- Check the Remove only previously imported data radio button.
- Add the URL of the Drupal site to the URL of the live Drupal web site field.
