How it works...

The Caldera Forms plugin offers various types of forms. In this case, we selected the Contact Form. Once the form was created, we received the default form with default fields and settings. The default form has first name, last name, email, and comments fields. We can use this screen to add more fields to the contact form. This plugin provides support for over 20 field types. Since this recipe is intended to show how a contact form is used as a block, we didn't configure any settings or add more fields.
