I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How Significant Is Attitude During the Job-Interview Process?
Critical. Everything on your application form is vital, but your attitude, the way you view work, is equally significant. Assessing your attitude, of course, is the purpose of the personal interview. Prospective employers hope to pick up a few signals on how you will work with others and handle problems. During an interview you communicate via your attitude as well as with your words. Many employers will hire the positive versus negative interviewee even if the knowledge and skills of the positive person are less impressive.
