I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Each Relationship You Have Has Its Own Characteristics
Another characteristic of relationships is that each is different. You must build relationships with all kinds of people, regardless of race, religion, age, sex, or personality characteristics. Each relationship will be unique. Each will be built on a different basis. Each will have its own integrity.
As you look around and study your co-workers and your supervisor, you will see that they are all separate personalities. At the same time, your supervisor and co-workers are studying you. Do they all see the same person?
Strange as it may seem, they do not. You do not look the same to different people. You make a different impression on each of them because they interpret you differently.
