It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Will Becoming Competent in Human Relations Help One Become a Better Supervisor or Team Leader?
Emphatically, “yes.” Not only will you become a better supervisor or team leader, you will become one sooner. The degree to which you develop your human-relations skills now will strongly influence your progress later. Of course, other factors, such as your willingness to work, also play an important role. But the daily application of the techniques you learn through this book will unquestionably have something to do with the pace of your progress. The last chapter in this book addresses this subject.
