When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Stress Anecdote
Stress can be viewed as the fever that comes with overwork, trying to reach too many goals at the same time, and working with difficult peers and superiors. When you learn to release your frustrations harmlessly, you are lowering the fever by reducing the stress that has accumulated within you. For example, assume that you build the stress within you to a level where action is required. What do you do? You release the stress through some form of activity, recreation, or just getting away for a short time. Releasing stress lowers the fever. Then, by rebuilding yourself physically (through more activity), you also recover your positive attitude. In other words, one answer to burnout is managing stress by releasing your frustrations ...
