Assessing Performance Management Programs and Policies
A recent study reports that only 45 percent of HR professionals think that their performance management system currently in use is valuable to the organization (OnPoint Consulting, 2007). Why is this so? The problem likely lies in the bare-bones approach to performance management that many organizations utilize.
