quota — Display a User's UFS File-System Disk Quota and Usage

Synopsis

/usr/lib/fs/ufs/quota [-v][username]

Description

Use the quota command to display information about quotas on a UFS file system and to search for users who have exceeded their quotas. Only superuser can use the optional username argument to view the limits of other users.

quota without options displays warnings about mounted file systems only when usage is over quota. Remotely mounted file systems that do not have quotas turned on are ignored.

Note

quota also displays quotas for NFS-mounted, UFS-based file systems if the rquotad daemon is running. See rquotad(1M).

Options

-v Display user's quota on all mounted file systems where quotas exist.
