About the authors
Sona Sherratt has been an Ashridge faculty member since 2003. She designs, teaches and client directs on various tailored executive programmes with clients such as SABMiller, Avis, Erste Group Bank, Renew Holdings and Continental Automotive Group. She teaches on various open programmes including the Ashridge Leadership Process, Influencing Skills and Strategies and the Management Development Programme.
She has designed and delivered senior leadership and general management programmes for clients around the world. At Ashridge, she heads up the people strand of the MSc in General Management which encompasses leadership, change and team-working.
