Meetings that stagnate
Meetings are vital in any organisation but nobody enjoys an inefficient meeting. People who are regularly late for meetings or quit meetings before the end often do so because they do not have respect for the way the meeting is being run or what the meeting is discussing. Even the best-run meetings can stagnate at some point. A key people skill is to notice the subtleties in meetings so you can re-engage, re-energise and regenerate momentum.
