Low motivation
You’ve noticed that an individual who reports to you seems to have low levels of motivation. You are concerned that this is affecting their performance, and if left unmanaged, will begin to affect the rest of the team.
First, think:
The first thing you need to consider is whether this is someone who is new to your team or to the organisation or is an established individual who previously has been well motivated.
If it’s someone new to your team:
