Building your personal brand
In the increasingly competitive world of business, where the pressure to perform and succeed can be huge, having a personal brand – standing for something – is a useful way to differentiate yourself from others. It is not a substitute for performance but it is an excellent additional aspect of the successful manager.

- What are the key strengths or skills for which you want to be known, and how are you currently perceived within your team and organisation? Are you happy with these perceptions?
