In this chapter you learned how to use a simple two-question technique to break job tasks down into manageable chunks of information that are best suited for on-the-job training, and how to introduce design teams to the technique.
In the next chapter you will learn how to develop a project plan for accomplishing the remaining six steps of the model.
The following summary training module (page 62) serves as a checklist to use when you and a design team conduct a team job task analysis. Use the module also as a tool to teach other design team facilitators to conduct the analysis with their design teams.
