Don’t be discouraged if you end up with 75, 100, or even more tasks. The team might decide not to write training modules on all of the tasks. Some of the tasks may be covered adequately in existing procedures or courses, or may be performed so frequently and are easy enough that they don’t need training modules. And not all of the tasks need training at one time. Remember that the team-driven OJT program is an ongoing one.
