After the entire job task has been broken down into tasks that can be taught and learned in approximately one-half hour, the design team begins writing training modules. And if there is a need for certain tasks to be trained right away—and those tasks meet the 30-minute rule—the team may write the module before completing the team job task analysis. In those cases, it isn’t necessary to wait to begin training until the complete set of training modules is written.
