So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to Introduce the Team Job Task Analysis to the Design Team
Schedule the first design team session for 90 minutes to two hours. A fairly complete team job task analysis for a typical job easily can be accomplished during this time, but the task selected will determine the period of time required.
At the beginning of the session, give a brief overview of the eight-step model and a short introduction to the team job task analysis and module writing steps. Team members should understand the entire process and the relationship of the team job task analysis to the module writing activity.
