What Are Training Module Cover Sheets?

Each training module has a cover sheet—a one-page document that contains information that both trainer and trainee need before proceeding with delivery of the actual training. Take a look at Worksheet 6.2 (page 98). Basic information on the cover sheet includes the following:

• module number, title, and type (skill or knowledge)

• performance objective

• trainer preparation

• special requirements

• prerequisite modules, if any

• procedure for training delivery

• informative notes and purpose of task

• names of module authors

• name of an approval team member.
