5.11. Add Sounds to Windows 7 Events

You can associate sound files with specific Windows 7 occurrences, such as minimizing a window or starting a program. This not only adds some aural variety to your system, but it can also help novice users of your computer follow and understand what is happening on the screen.

In Windows 7, a program event is an action taken by a program or by Windows 7 itself in response to something.
