You can make your files easier to find by adding custom metadata to each file.
Metadata refers to data — called properties — that describes or augments existing data. For example, the name of the person who created a document is a metadata property for that document. Similarly, a digital photo's properties might include the make and model of the camera used to take the image, the exposure time, f-stop setting, and so on.
