You can keep your Internet passwords safe by configuring Internet Explorer not to save them on your computer.
Many World Wide Web sites require registration to access certain pages and content. In almost all cases, before you can navigate to any of these restricted pages you must first enter a password, along with your user name or e-mail address. When you fill in this information and log on to the site, Internet Explorer displays the AutoComplete dialog box and offers to remember the password so that you do not have to type it again when you visit the same page in the future.
