Windows 7 comes with many new features for notebook PCs and has support for Tablet PCs built into the operating system (except for the Starter and Home Basic editions of Windows 7). If you use a notebook PC regularly, then you will appreciate Windows 7 features such as using an alarm to warn you when your battery power gets low, improving battery life with a custom power plan, and defining what action Windows 7 performs when you press the notebook's power buttons.
