2.5. Create a Custom Windows 7 Theme
You can put your personal stamp on Windows 7 by creating a custom theme.
In Windows 7, a theme is a collection of customization options that you can apply all at once. Each theme includes selections from four customization categories: the Windows 7 desktop background; the Windows 7 color scheme for the Start menu, taskbar, and windows; the sounds associated with Windows 7 events such as error messages and logging in and out of your user account; and a screen saver.
