11.9. Use Flicks to Scroll Documents

If you are using your Tablet PC's digital pen or a multi-touch display, you can make it easier to navigate and edit documents by activating the Windows 7 flicks option.

With a Tablet PC or multi-touch display, you can navigate a document either by using the Input Panel's on-screen keyboard or by using the program itself — for example, tap-and-dragging the vertical or horizontal scroll box or tapping the program's built-in navigation features.
