7.2. View Open Pages as Quick Tabs

You can easily view and switch between the Web pages open in your tabs by using the Internet Explorer Quick Tabs feature. Opening multiple pages in a single Internet Explorer window using tabs is convenient. However, tabs do suffer from one drawback. Depending on the width of your monitor and the screen resolution you are using, Internet Explorer can display only a limited number of tabs. For example, when Internet Explorer is maximized on a monitor running at 1024 × 768 screen resolution, the program can display a maximum of nine tabs.

If you have more tabs open than Internet Explorer can display, the program adds arrow buttons to scroll left and right through the tabs. But scrolling is not always convenient ...
