If you have a junk e-mail problem that feels out of control, you can eliminate all spam from your Inbox by using Windows Live Mail's Safe Senders list.
Windows Live Mail normally marks a message as junk if it detects spam characteristics within the message. A different approach is to set up a whitelist of allowable addresses.
