4.6. Select Files Using Check Boxes

You can make it easier to select files with some mouse types by turning on a Windows 7 feature that enables you to select files using check boxes.

Windows 7 gives you several methods for selecting multiple files. For example, you can select consecutive files by clicking the first file, pressing and holding the Shift key, and then clicking the last file. Similarly, you can press and hold the Ctrl key and click each file you want to select.
