ユースケースの 粒 度 のレベ ル
ユースケースの記述で難しいのは、次の点です。
●ユースケースのレベルがバラバラになる
●どこからどこまでをユースケースとして記述すればよいかわからない
これらは、ユースケースの難しさというよりは、日頃している仕事や業務
を定型化しようとする時に必ず付いて回る問題です。
ユースケースの粒度のレベルがバラバラになるのは、複数の担当者で分担
している時によく起こります。業務担当者が記述する時はレベルが大きくな
りすぎ、システムの担当者が記述する時はレベルが細かすぎてシステムの詳
細に踏み込んでいたりします。
ユースケースは、記述の目的によってビジネスユースケースとシステム
ユースケースに分けられます。ビジネスユースケースは、企業活動の振る舞
いを記述することが目的です。一方のシステムユースケースは、あるシステ
ムの振る舞いを記述することが目的です。ビジネスユースケースのほうが自
ずと大きな視点で書かれ、システムユースケースのほうが細かい視点で書か
れます。繰り返しになりますが、本書で説明しているのはシステムユースケー
スです。単にユースケースといった場合、システムユースケースを指します。
さらに、書籍『ユースケース実践ガイド――効果的なユースケースの書き
方』（アリスター・コバーン著、ISBN：9784798101279）では、ユース
