It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

物流会社にアジャイル開発を導入するなど、アジャイル開発の実践も行っている。最近は
いくつもの会社のCTOや役員を行いながら、ビジネス変革を起こすためのエンジニア組織
の立ち上げを中心に行っている。2020年に株式会社アッパーレイルを設立。情報経営イノ
ベーション専門職大学（iU）客員教授、株式会社 PRECS 取締役CTOを兼務。他にター
ミナル株式会社にスクラム開発を導入している。
