Ensuring Object Naming Conventions

Your company may have standards for naming objects. For example, stored procedures must start with the prefix usp, tables must start with the prefix tbl, and functions must start with the prefix ufn. Policy-Based Management can be used to ensure that all objects are compliant with this policy. This policy can be implemented to execute as On Change Prevent, which prevents the creation of such noncompliant objects.
