Default value: 1
Use the default trace enabled option to enable or disable the default trace log files. The default trace functionality provides a rich, persistent log of activity and changes primarily related to the configuration options. This feature will be removed in a future version of Microsoft SQL Server. Avoid using this feature in new development work and plan to modify applications that currently use this feature. Use Extended Events instead!
