What’s New in Creating and Managing Stored Procedures
SQL Server 2012 doesn’t introduce any significant changes to the creation and functionality of stored procedures. One minor enhancement to the execution of stored procedures in SQL Server 2012 is that you can now explicitly specify the metadata returned from EXECUTE statement by using the WITH RESULT SETS argument.
