I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Overview
Statistical process control (SPC) is a methodology for understanding,
analyzing, and improving the process. By denition, it requires an under-
standing of its components, which are
• Inputs: Material or data transformed by process to create output.
The inputs are manpower, machine, method, material, measure-
ment, and environment (5M&E).
• Process: Any activity that transforms and adds value to the inputs to
result in the desired outputs.
• Outputs: The result of transformation of inputs to the desired result.
• Feedback: The information from the process or customer that is
taken into consideration ...
