I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A design pattern is used to document how a combination of model artifacts can
be used together to solve a specific technical problem. Design patterns are very
effective in promoting reuse and improving maintainability.
Unlike a framework or utility, a design pattern cannot be deployed directly.
A design pattern is like having a pattern template for making clothes, where
a tailor might use the same template to create a number of garments using
different materials.
The design pattern provides a design template that enables the BPM developer
to solve the same technical problem consistently throughout the model, using
different artifacts.
