The Answer Wizard enables you to build custom help files for your Office applications. This can be helpful if you want to include information about the way your company uses Outlook or Office. For example, if your company deploys Outlook with an add-in, say Attachment Options, you can create a custom help file about using Attachment Options. You can include information about your corporate Exchange Server or other network conditions that might be present in your organization. You can also use this program to create custom help files for your custom applications.
