Cannot Resolve Name

I'm attempting to set up my Exchange email account. When I enter my server name and my mailbox name and click the Check Names button, Outlook tells me that “The action could not be completed. The name could not be matched to a name in the address list.” Why doesn't Outlook recognize my name?

The short answer to this question is that you must check with your Exchange administrator.
