Editing an Existing Template

There might be times when you want to modify an existing template, such as for a recurring meeting where one of the attendees is no longer involved. To edit an existing Outlook template, use the following steps:

1.
Select File, New, Choose Form to display the Choose Form dialog box as shown in Figure 20.2.
2.
Use the Look In drop-down box to select the User Templates in File System option.
3.
Select your template and click Open.
4.
Make any changes required to the form. To delete a member from a meeting request, highlight the member's name and click Delete.
5.
Select File, Save As and change the Save As type drop-down to Outlook Template.
