If you like to multitask, you might want to have more than one Outlook window open at once. By opening multiple Outlook windows, you can Alt+Tab between windows to see multiple folders quickly.
To open multiple Outlook windows:
1. | Open Outlook and choose a folder to display. |
2. | Click the folder list icon in the Navigation Pane to display the full folder list. |
3. | Right-click another folder in your folder list and select Open in New Window. |
Once you have multiple Outlook windows open, you can resize them to display them side by side, or simply switch between windows by using the Taskbar or by pressing Alt+Tab.
