So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

 | One of the first things new users of Outlook 2003 notice is the new two-line Inbox view with the Reading Pane on the right side of the screen. It's a very dramatic change from previous versions of Outlook. The first time you use Outlook 2003, you might not like the new format of the Inbox.
