Saving Templates

I would like to save my templates to a network file share so that all my coworkers can access them. But when I specify Outlook Template as the type of file I want to create, Outlook defaults to my Templates folder. Do I have to save the templates there?

No, you don't have to save the templates in your Templates folder. However, if you save them in another location, you cannot access them through File, New, Choose Form because they won't be listed under User Templates in File System. You can, however, access each one directly by double-clicking on the template file.
