Accessing Outlook Options Settings

You can access Outlook's Options dialog box by selecting Options from the Tools menu to display the Options dialog box (see Figure 21.1). The Preferences tab is the first tab selected in the Options dialog box.

The Options dialog box contains six default tabs. If you're connected to an Exchange Server, you'll have one additional tab, the Delegates tab. If you see more tabs in your Options dialog box, you probably have one or more Outlook add-ins installed.
