Custom Maintenance Wizard

Using the Custom Maintenance Wizard, you can create a CMW file based on an existing MSI file and modify the organization name, the Office features installed, settings and preferences for each Office application, and other files that should be installed on the client. The CMW can actually perform many of the same tasks as the Custom Installation Wizard, but it's designed to be used after Office is installed, not during installation. You might use the Custom Maintenance Wizard on a new computer on which Office 2003 came preinstalled. You can use the CMW file to customize the default installation to match the other installations in your organization.
