Security Prompts When Routing Project Files

Every time I try to route a Project file to other users, I receive a message about another program trying to send email on my behalf. What is this? Can I get rid of it?

The dialog boxes you see are a result of the object model guard placed on Outlook 2000 and higher in the aftermath of the Melissa and I Love You viruses. These security measures are designed to protect you from viruses that attempt to access your Outlook Address Book and send emails without your knowledge.
