I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

• Job will be assigned to a person for the preparation of failure mode and effect analysis.
• Provide time information to the FMEA and prepare any revision if it is required at
any level.
• The part number or subsystem number that is being analyzed needs to be specied.
• Component function is studied thoroughly.
• Potential failure mode is analyzed.
• Potential effects of failure mode are also analyzed.
• Causes for the failure effects are studied.
• Appropriate control measures are sorted to avoid the failure from occurring (Quality
Council of Indiana Inc. 2007).
