I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

いるときの第一の目標は、共通理解を築くことだ。このときは、考えを表に出し整理
することが重要になる。そして、ホワイトボードの前でポストイットという武器を持っ
て顔を突き合わせて話をする以上の方法はない。遠くにいる人たちとこの作業をしよ
うと思うと、とても大変なことになる。ビデオ会議で互いの顔が見えるようになって
も、あまり役に立たない。それは、見なければならないのが彼らの顔ではなく、壁や
テーブルに並べたアイデアだからだ。
ビデオ会議の際はカメラやウェブカメラを利用し、
遠隔地の人からも、
壁に貼られていくアイデアを見られるようにしよう。
私は、ビデオ会議の両方の側でビデオカメラを持っているチームと仕事をしたこと
