So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
For my part, I moved the whole group toward a slightly warmer
area of the wheel and increased the overall saturation and bright-
ness, then unlocked the colors and adjusted each one slightly
to suit my mood. My result are shown in Figure 11-62. Please
feel free to have fun and express yourself as you desire. When
you have the colors where you want them, click OK to save
your recoloring work.

Do not save changes to the Sumak color group. When you click
OK, Illustrator is going to ask if you want to save the changes to
the Sumak color group. This is one of those dialog boxes where
you’re going to have to think it through when you’re working
on your own. In this case, the answer you want to click is No.
Leave Sumak the way it is for later use, and just preserve the new
colors within your document. As you saw way back in Steps 5
and 6, you can always create a new color group from these new
colors once they are safely converted in your current artwork.
