But First, a Test!
Before we delve into Curves, I want to test your present knowledge of the Curves dialog box. Don't worry, though, because the lower your score, the more you should enjoy this chapter.
Look at the curve shown in Figure 6.11 and see if you can answer the following questions:
Which shades will lose detail from this adjustment?
Which shades will become brighter?
What happened to 62% gray?
What happened to the image's contrast?
