The Battalion of Blending Modes
The Blending Modes menu draws the map for this chapter, so let's just start at the top and work our way down the list. We'll take a detour or two on our way, but at least we'll know where we're headed. Let's start by taking a look at how the modes are organized; then we can jump in and start using them. The blending modes are divided into six categories (Figure 13.1).
