Use Force Foreground for Intricate Images

If the subject of your photo is too small or intricate to trace around and leave space for the fill in the middle (Figure 14.45), then cover the entire subject with the Highlighter tool (Figure 14.46). When it comes time to define the fill, turn on the Force Foreground check box and click on the color of the subject using the Eyedropper tool. (The Fill tool will become grayed out.) That will make Photoshop look through the entire highlight area and attempt to keep things that are similar to the color you clicked on with the Eyedropper (Figure 14.47).
